As an Executive Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for managing schedules, arranging meetings, organizing communications, and providing administrative support to key executives. If you are well-organized and possess great time management skills this could be the position for you!
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage scheduling for key executives.Organize and prepare for meetings, answer phones, communicate messages and information to key executives.
  • Prioritize emails and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • May perform other admin/office management tasks.
Position Requirements:
  • Knowledgeable of Microsoft Office suite applications and technology
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role preferred.
Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies:
This is a sedentary role in a fast-paced office environment. Some filing is required which would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bending or standing as necessary. Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law.
